  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any item that is used, washed, worn, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale items or clearance-priced products

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will verify the issue and, once approved:

  • Offer a replacement of the same item, or

  • Issue a full refund for the product cost

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
